Creating a keyboard shortcut to set the current account in Apple Mail

1. Step 1
   Select the "Keyboard" section of "System Preferences"
2. Step 2
   Select the "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab
3. Step 3
   Select the "Application Shortcuts" section on the left pane

   Click the '+' button to add a new shortcut
5. Step 5
   Select the "Mail" application and enter your info

   The "Menu Title" field must be exactly as your account name appears in mail when you are selecting the account you want to send a message from:

   "Your Name <name@place.com>"

   Select your preferred shortcut and press "Add"

   I like Control-1 for my first account, increasing in number for each account.
